Payment Currency: All Visa and MasterCard payments will be charged in US dollars. Any conversion to another currency will be based on the current exchange rate set by your bank.

👶 Age Requirement

Children must be at least 4 years old and must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the activity.

🤰 Pregnancy

Pregnant women may participate in the activity only with written approval from their doctor confirming it is safe to do so.

🚫 Substance Policy

Participation is strictly prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or any toxic substances.

✅ 100% Refund - 72 Hours Notice

Cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled activity for a full refund.

❌ No Refunds

• Excursions not attended
• Cancellations made on the day of the tour
• Late arrivals or no-shows without valid documentation

🏥 Medical Exceptions

A refund may be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate in case of a documented medical emergency or no-show due to illness.

🌦️ Weather Cancellations

A 100% refund will be provided in case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions as determined by our safety team.

⏱️ Refund Processing Time

Authorized refunds to your credit or debit card will be processed within 15 business days and will appear in your account approximately 2 months later, as determined by your bank's processing times.
