Our adventure continues with the exploration of two sites of great historical and cultural relevance for the ancient Mayan civilization. We'll visit a spectacular semi-open cenote, called "Dzonot" in the Mayan language, considered by its ancient inhabitants as a sacred source of life and a portal to the underworld. Its crystal-clear turquoise waters will invite you for a refreshing swim while admiring the rock formations created over millennia.

We'll complete the tour with a visit to an impressive cave where you can marvel at stalactites, stalagmites and other fascinating geological formations while learning about the connection of these spaces with Mayan cosmology and their importance in ancestral rituals.
